Introduction

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful system of modelling behaviours and utilising good communication skills to give us the tools to be confident strong and the best version of ourselves. I discovered Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) years ago, it was like discovering a user manual for how my mind works. It was liberating to learn that contrary to old theories that the mind is not a fixed system. The brain has plasticity, new neural networks can be made and old ones changed means we can change too.

NLP gives us powerful ways to change habits, fears, phobias and limiting beliefs. As a result it will enable you to improve your skills (in sports, business, personal relationships and your health). NLP can free you from anxiety and / or give you the tools to manage situations, which previously caused you to become anxious.

You can Reset, back to the way you were before something or someone caused you to develop an irrational fear / phobia. We are all born with, two natural fears, a fear of sudden loud noises and a fear of falling, all other fears are learned or acquired! I have helped people get over fears / phobias of all kinds. Including an extreme fear of water splashing on their face (40 plus year fear gone in 30-40 minutes). Fear of flying,  a 5 year fear cleared in 40 minutes.
